It would take a while for us to mobilize, a few months to decide if thim/shim/thurs are getting drafted and the outrage of zee/zim/zers for not getting drafted. once thats sorted out first 3 weeks of training would need to be on proper pronoun usage, next 3 weeks on sensitivity and inclusion, probably another 3 on maintaining and respecting friendlies/enemies safe spaces. After that they can finally move on to how to kill someone while respecting them as an individual.
