I found that it had been researched and found to be one of the only supplements that brought enzyme numbers back to normal or at least lowered them. I had been dealing with a throbbing liver and constant fatigue. I started taking 1000mg of tudca in the morning with food. I also took 2 375mg of milk thistle and 2 to 3 125mg tocotrienols. All with food in the morning. The last thing I added that really made a difference in the pain was NAC through a supplement called liver well. I did this for a month and last Friday I had an ultrasound and blood work. My liver had shrunk by 3 almost 4 cm and my bile duct had lost half it's size from 6cm to 3cm. My numbers in my blood work had all returned to normal as well. If you research these supplements you will find them are the only ones that worked in study. No on not one doctor mentioned them to me. Doc said the Tylenol was worse than the alcohol..he was the one who put me on the milk thistle and dandelion root...90 days enzymes went from 394 to 67...even sent me out drinking for a weekend and did blood work first thing Monday.. enzymes didn't budge... They also said they didn't think it was Non alcoholic fatty liver. I do not drink. I live with 2 vaxed people and I know it sounds crazy but all of this started when they got their booster or third shot.
