They bought & own the property outright with tithes from the members, and he and the members built the Church. He also, because he uses 100% of the tithes he collects to help people in the community, and to upkeep the property, etc., (he doesn't take a salary, and nobody else who works there does, either) owns & operates a directional boring company has other streams of income to support his life and his family, and he does very well. But he doesn't wear (or own) 400k in jewelry to steal - and no other real pastor does, either.
