Wreaks of Desperation! Is this legit? [link to funker530.com (secure)] Quoting: Xeven Worth noting- that's actually PMC WAGNER, not the regular army doing the recruiting. Wagner has had pretty high standards for who they let join them but they are now engaged in so many conflicts worldwide that they're overcommitted and need 'troops' for the purpose of cannon fodder in order to conserve their more valuable troops. Chances are high these new volunteers will never see that freedom they were promised after serving their 6 months with Wagner.
