I am working up my bravery to try and cook a pizza outside in it... Pizza is not that hard to do. Everything has to be up to temperature, after that it’s easy. I do it with my Webber. The most important thing is to have a good pizza peel. Don’t try using spatulas, you’ll just tear it. Good luck and moar pictures please. Thanks! I have some small pizza stones and I plan to try it before winter... |

(I didn't want to waste a whole pizza....) Quoting: Hot Dog Harry So I used a single hot dog. Wood-fired pizza... Now you're speaking my language. Anything over an open fire tastes better. You can't beat that smoked flavor. |

Beef franks, toasted brioche buns, cheddar cheese, chili, hot sauce and ketchup. I also would have added green onions. Sounds good, hodl the catsoup please. So I just need to add the brioche and hot sauce. Just ran out of the homemade pepper mustard, they need to increase production. |

I like to mix hot sauce, ketchup and barbecue sauces together to make my own custom sauces. Minced garlic in them is good too. Shake well. |
