Sorry, OP, this is one of my favorite GLP memes, and no hot dog themed thread should be without it.

The first image was actually my test to see if the pizza stone would break over a hot charcoal fire. (I didn't want to waste a whole pizza....)

So I used a single hot dog.

I've never tried Boars head before. I make my own chili. I made some last week. It's easy. You should make your own chili one day. I like mines with beans.

I have a recipe I call "Cheater's Chili". Half of it comes from cans and the other half is fresh veggies.

Beef franks, toasted brioche buns, cheddar cheese, chili, hot sauce and ketchup. I also would have added green onions.

I've been buying the Sara Lee brioche buns and I get Boar's Head or Nathan's all beef dogs.
