Re: flu remedies. thanks for the tips
Get a Netipot, a bottle of Providone Iodine (like Betadyne) and bottled water. Mix the salt packet that comes with the Netipot with water and 1/2 teaspoon of the iodine. Flush nostrils 2 x 4 times per day. It kills the virus dead.

Never use tap water with a Netipot. There are parasites in some local water supplies that you don’t want to introduce into your head.

To the above, add: gargling with listerine 2 x 4 times a day. Kills the virus.

Take Quercertin with your daily Zinc. It helps get the Zinc delivered to the cells to fight the virus and keep it from replicating.

You can get Ivermectin horse paste from Amazon. Take the amount as directed by weight. Generally a pea-sized amount will do. It does no harm to humans.

Good luck!

The flu virus cannot exist in an alkaline environment...
baking soda..

I know it sounds silly but it is the only thing that works for me these days.. I gargle it, drink it, flush my nose with it..

I have tried everything.

I was wondering how long it would take to advise on baking soda.

Arm and hammer had the baking soda protocol listed on the box. Look it up. Thanks.

I would add OIL of Oregano
I used it for the last 2 years when COVID was wild.
Did not get sick then.

not for me, but for my woman.

vax free (obviously).

has slight fever and headache, sore throat.
no idea if it's the C or not, and won't bother testing for it.

have been giving vit C, D3, zinc and magnesium.

tea with lemon and honey.

and aspirin, and chicken soup.

any ideas what else?

is paracetimol better than asprin?

unfortunatley, can't get any horse paste or Hydroxychloroquine.

cheers cheers

Re: flu remedies. thanks for the tips
Order pantanga wilds elderly syrup kit. It's got elderberry cinnamon ginger you just add your own water and honey and presto you have a half gallon of a remedy you prepared for yourself. She also has a cold and flu brew tea that knocks it out of the park. She also has a great allergy tea. If you're lucky enough to live around canyon Lake Texas you can buy the syrup already made at her store.

fresh ginger root; peel the skin cut into small pieces and eat it raw 3 times a day, about a spoonful at the time. Sip water as you do so as ginger has a very strong taste and burns! After couple of days all sympthoms of flu will start to go. Works for me and my family for over 25 years now!
