Perhaps the 50+ people will waken the eyes of people that believe millions of people per year that inundate Texas, New Mexico, Arizona is actually a national crisis. They do t have the resources either for millions of people, much less 50-100 people sent to Martha’s Vineyard.
It’s an unfortunate necessity the the border states need to make a statement of this nato.
Processing people quickly is key. Deporting undeserved people is also key. In triage, you stop the bleeding before treating the ailment.
Another take is that the US grew by 1/10 percent between 2010-2020. The Caucasian actually had negative growth. People of color was avg. Asians grew a little and Hispanic people accounted for 51% of the growth rate between census. We actually need younger workers to keep the economy going.
Politicians have more fun with the “game” than they do with actual realistic and viable solutions.
I’m my opinion
1. Stop the bleeding to a drip
2. Hire immigration specialist to expedite processing people who are here.
3. Deport people with violent or drug related records, people who cannot add to the economy. This portion may get ugly. Unfortunately, this portion is getting in the way of the vast majority of hard working good people.
