I've got a dumb question. If the government can zap a product off the market in an instant (hydroxychloriquine) and can make oil companies decrease their price of gasoline immediately, why does it take so many decades to control pharma? I mean, they produced all those pain pills for 50 or 60 years at the behest of the government, then went on public trial and underwent the "shaming" and now Wal*Mart and CVS, etc., enjoy favorite son contracts with the government.
