Keeping that in mind, the only animals on God's green earth that I genuinely HATE are centipedes. These asshole creatures only exist to fuel my nightmares, bite my exposed skin while I'm sleeping, crawl across my floor faster than any animal that size should ever be able to move, cause itching rashes with their hind leg cilia spikes whenever they happen to touch me, and apparently, kill endangered snakes whenever they're not busy tormenting me. Honestly, I'd rather have a bucket of spiders dumped on my head than be within 5 feet of a centipede. My grandfather was stationed in the Pacific islands during WWII and he actually had his bunkmate die from an allergic reaction to a tropical centipede bite in his sleep. When morning came, they found the disgusting creature still chewing on his foot and hiding in his sleeping bag. It was over 12 inches long... The Alkahest A Meta-sapient Godelian Recursion Engine.
