The bigger question is did the FBI agents have a security clearance high enough to see those suspected documents. I'm guessing Joe didn't give his jackboot thugs those credentials.

It is only a crime if the wrong people do it...

It's also illegal for them to stage evidence of a crime.

They put the files in that position, on the floor, to give a false impression that they were being stored that way, but they arranged them as well...

Not for official reasons, to imply something to the press.

My understanding is that, if anyone is ever allowed to bring it up, doing that was a job ending mistake and possible prison time for whoever did it.

I mean, sure, we all know it WON'T be, but the law says that it should be.

If the FBI isn't above the law, then they know what they need to do.

It kills me as well that they labeled this exhibit as '2A'.

Yet we have the photo.

People may not understand, so I will try to clarify what we are seeing in the photo. Those are cover sheets, designating the classification level of the enclosed documents, not actual documents. The documents that are pictured have had the classified portions edited out of the picture.

I made this same point last week. This means the documents are either already declassified as Trump claims or the FBI committed multiple felonies setting this up and leaking it.

It is illegal to take photos of even the cover sheets.

It is illegal to even have a camera in the same room as those documents.

So, what do we have here, other than an obvious Federal crime...

OP, you forgot tampering with evidence, obstruction, and planting evidence.

The latter crime had to do with the DOJ and FBLiars placing their own cover sheets on the documents and folders. We know this because they were paper clipped (all classified and above documents must be stapled), and the classifications were for the DOJ and FBLiars, not the president.

Were are the charges for these felonies?

Maybe Holder, Comey or Lynch can answer that.
