Severe earthquake swarm just started offshore of Iceland!Over 5000 quakes detected-level of uncertainty declared! pg3

Well I would describe it as pain originating in nose spreading to forehead.It happened yesterday to me.I wrote it in mega earthquake thread .It was horrible.So I'm not the only one who felt like that

Update in last 48 hours there were more than 1800 quakes in that area!

This is a bunch of nothing burgers. This island is a ticking volcanic timebomb and it shakes all the time.

This happens all the time since Iceland sits on two tectonic plates that are drifting a part.

Happens quite frequently, I mean we have had two go off in the Reykjanes peninsula quite close to Reykjavik. I hiked to both, what a sight and experience.

Seeing even a tiny eruption like that up close really puts our insignificance when it comes to the forces of this planet in perspective.

I'm posting what I want ! I put all effort to post best updates and now I'm accused of drama and fearmongering?! Not even a biggest sceptic would ignore that amount of quakes in short timespan ! Last time this kind of swarm happened in other region of Iceland a volcano erupted ! Respect what I'm posting and doing or GTFO from this thread!

The Icelandic Met Office just came out with a statement saying this is quite normal which it is, and no signs of an eruption... And even if it was that would also be quite normal.

So the title of the thread "...Situation gets out of control" is very hysterical. I am sorry to bust your bubble bud.
