Is my neighbor a meth head or dealer? Solve.my.mystery?

He's a very agro troglodyte. Former marine
from NJ by way of South Florida. Mean as a snake. The day he moved in, he went out of his way to alienate all neighbors. Blew stop signs, played hard rock so loud it shook my house.

Neighbors brought cookies,etc. Gave him every chance. When they asked him to slow down, he yelled " fuck you" and sped up.

Then his girlfriend moved in. I brought presents for her dog and walked with her. She paid for the house, which is the smallest (600 sq ft) and ugliest house in the neighborhood. And it has a shitty basement, which, since we are on a canal, always floods.

I live in a large house next door. He started in on me day one. Complained that my two outdoor cats were stalking birds at his front yard feeder. I apologized and put bells on them.Have been here 15 years and fixed all the strays left behind by renters at my own expense.

Then he started claiming the narrow two lane street as his personal parking space. Parks a Sprinter van or Transit van right in the road every day. in a T intersection.Which is dangerous for the mail carrier and for.me, as I have almost been broadsided twice trying to make a left turn out of my driveway. He is maybe 6'4", muscular, bald, and maybe 300 pounds. (Can meth heads be fat?) His girlfriend is also chubby and they both have a sweaty grayish pallor.

Another neighbor told me he had seen this guy at a meth house a few blocks away on a commercial street at least four times. That place has been busted twice and had two fires and explosions. Plus I have smelled toxic chemicals there.(at the known meth lab)

But I don't smell them next door. However, he does pressure wash his driveway at dawn every morning. I should also mention that they are in their late 40s and had her drywall business for a while, but haven't worked in 6 months. And even though they only had two parking spaces in their driveway, they now have 7 vehicles including a new Hummer, a Tesla,an SUV, the Sprinter and Transit, and the hidden electric.scooter he uses to go to the meth house. They filled their waterfront back yard with ugly canvas tents for extra vehicles.

I have never smelled toxic chemicals, and they are both overweight. Confusing. The whole neighbourhood is wary of him.

My questions are, can meth heads be fat? Can they cook and hide the odors?

So could he be cooking and not producing smells? Could they be using it and still be chubby?
