My nephew, former Air Force with secrets he couldn’t tell us, texted me back on “Black Car”. He said it might mean they are tracking a vehicle, which could even be a large truck, that they think is carrying a nuclear bomb.

Another person on the text chain said that in the gaming world, Code Black means that a nuclear missile is in the air.
