Military aircraft gone dark, only 3 planes showing over all of US right now.

I check every night. I live in Florida, there are always at least a few showing, although I know many have their transponders off, always a few stay on, especially helicopter locally.

I just heard air traffic so I went to check and saw nothing.

True, just counted 22 worldwide, that's bizarre.

E6 coming out of OK is one of the three, weird.

What's normal average for world-wide on a summer weekend?

I don't usually count world, but I'd say that you'd usually see at least that many, 20, continental states.

I saw post on GLP other night that someone was hearing jets all night long going over their house. During the first Gulf War I had same thing happen, heard jets all night long over my apartment, and then next day we attacked Iraq.

I was watching my area (Tupelo, MS) yesterday and I had 4 military (Air Force) jets on the radar. They were doing loops and diamonds (in and out, over and under, etc.) and then, today, we have this thing where this guy steals a plane and says that he will crash into the WalMart...

Finally rounding up the cabal?

That's weird. The other night, on ABS, I was watching a military helicopter make tight loops forever, at least more than 20 times, but it was weird, because mostly over land and on the bay side, not over the ocean, so was just strange. Usually, if I see them do a lot of loops, it's over the ocean.

When the Gulf War started, there was a constant stream of B-2 bombers going right over us for almost 3 days. One about every 40 minutes.

We're approaching the end of the Fiscal Year. The military starts to cut back on training exercises until the next fiscal year beginning October 1.

Hell, during the cold war times B-52's would taxi in September, but not take off to conserve fuel.

But please continue to monitor.
