Quoting: Justice4all Trump tapped into a sentiment, a movement that was already beginning, and he became the spokesperson of that movement, he became the persona/face of it, but it is not a cult of him. It is a belief system about America, what it is, what it stands for, what its basic values are, what are the non-negotiables of how we all have to behave to live in a society together, based on the sharing of those values. So it is not going away. Trump can run or not run in 2024, he can be indicted, or not, or convicted or not, but MAGA is not going away. Because America is filled with people like this gentleman, who are not part of any fancy polling, who is just doing his job and living his life, but who is going to vote for what he feels is right. Absent hinkiness in the election itself, that is where the people's power really lies. In this guy, times XXX million. That is what I believe will happen in November.  |
