“Standard of care” is a legal term that doesn’t mean what is scientifically/medically factual or correct but rather what many/most MDs in that particular community practice (even if it’s wrong or imperfect). It allows #AB2098 to destroy MDs who speak the TRUTH by defining truth.

This has been happening in Europe since the pandemic hoax began.

There is no law anymore, no journalism and no real science.

Heart issues, often deadly, circulatory, auto immune, aggressive cancers. Those types of issues are why medical freedom is so important. You may find those risks acceptable but million of others do not. Further, medicine is a PRACTICE, not a science and what is good for individual is not for another and to demand that physicians follow a one size fits all protocol is to mandate malpractice. Then, the protocol has been used to murder people. People with pneumonia (resulting from myriad other aliments), if they are deemed COVID positive, have been denied treatments known to be effective; anti biotics, breathing treatments, steroids, fluids, and have been intubated (causes physical damage AND infection), put into drug induced comas and left to die. None of that is "medicine".
