No arrests have been made. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) detectives think the shooting was not a random act, and that the three soldiers were in a fight somewhere else before they were shot. IMPD says it has no witnesses and no suspects, but has leads about who may have shot the three men. [ link to www.wishtv.com (secure)] I think they arrested one of them, but I believe there were more involved. Downtown Indianapolis is very very dangerous at night. Eyewitnesses said the blacks were looking for a fight and were harassing the Dutch men. Not surprised one bit at that. [ link to www.wthr.com (secure)]
