Their training took place at the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center in Butlerville IN

"The Indiana National Guard said the soldiers had been training at the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, a 1,000-acre (405-hectare) complex about 40 miles (65 kilometers) southeast of Indianapolis. The Guard said in a statement that the center is used for training by the Department of Defense “as well as other allies."

Nothing at all to do with each other. The BP Fire was just that. Happens all the time here. Also had a young guy have a steel coil fall on his leg just down the road from the fire. Its industrial area with industrial type accidents. Indy is forever away from there.

The downtown area of Indy was a deserted nothing during the 80s and early 90s.

Then they started building it up big time in the late 90s early 2000s and the place was great.

Packed wall to wall with patrons, lots to do, it was awesome.
