Go get a $25 glucose meter from Wally world. Normal is 70-100 after a nights fast. 2 hours after eating should be below 200.

You might want to get those legs of yours checked out. I lost one due to blood clots many years ago. Your symptoms sound quite similar to mine. You can also press your big toe to see if the capillary refill is quick or slow, but in my case that didn't help any
