RANDALLSTOWN, Md. — An 11th grade Randallstown High School student has died after suffering a medical emergency Tuesday.

Sources tell WMAR-2 News that the student collapsed during football practice.

FORSYTH, Ga. — The Georgia Department of Public Safety said a trooper cadet died after a training exercise Thursday.

The GDPS said Trooper Cadet Patrick Dupree was performing an exercise with members of the 113th Trooper School at the GPS training center in Forsyth.

After he finished the exercise, Dupree collapsed and lifesaving measures were performed by trained medical staff on site. Dupree was rushed to the hospital, where he died.

A passenger tragically died after collapsing on a bus in a Sandwell street, police have confirmed. Emergency services were called to the scene in Tividale.

Police officers received the alert just after 12.30pm on Saturday afternoon, September 10. They were called to reports of a man who had collapsed on a bus.

A stage artist named Yogesh Gupta on Wednesday died on stage while performing, due to a heart attack, in the Bishnah area of Jammu.

The artiste collapsed while giving a dance performance during the Ganesh Utsav programme in Kothey village, Jammu.

According to the sources, the artiste was 20 years old.

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP (Warren) — A ninth-grade student athlete collapsed during practice Wednesday afternoon at Warren Hills Regional High School.

Warren Hills Regional School District Superintendent Earl C. Clymer III said coaches and athletic trainers immediately responded with medical attention per district protocol and the student was taken to Morristown Medical Center via medical helicopter.

Back in January, Jasper Bryan Cook woke up at home with shortness of breath and was found to be in cardiac arrest when ambulance paramedics arrived at his home in Birkenshaw, near Bradford. The eight-year-old was then rushed to Bradford Royal Infirmary but could not be saved, leaving his family and friends devastated.


Yorkshire Live reports Jasper's parents, Kim and Ian, attended an inquest into his death and were told that the medical cause of their son's death is still not known. However, it could be linked to arrhythmia - an abnormal heart rhythm.
