It's a beautiful car! I've had the honor of rebuilding both the V160 transmission and putting a limited slip in the differential. Both of those units were waaay overbuild for the Supra's stock 325hp! They knew what was going to happen to these cars!

Yes it was. I still remember pulling into school in my 71 Olds 442 W-30. This huge cloud of smoke behind me. Ended up building a just streetable 455 for it. 9 inched it with 4.11s. Tried 4.56s could go down the highway at less than 4k

I grew up within earshot of this speedway in Seekonk, MA. On the weekend, at night, we would hear the racing and see the fireworks. Never even thought of going there.
