What I'd really like to know is why the CIA is so interested in sending their -- quote-unquote -- "inspectors" to the plant?

Have "Ukrainians" (read: U.S. forces) been trying to hit the storage of spent nuclear fuel, only to find that Russians had already moved all the fuel to a different location, so now the CIA is trying to figure out where that new location is?

If so, then we can definitely expect the shelling of the plant to resume (and even increase) right after the CIA's "inspection team" leaves the site... and, also, to be much more accurate than before, possibly hitting the new storage on the very first try.
