Homemade breakfast tacos and espresso! Who wants some this Friday!? | |

I got my flour tortilla dough resting right now. I'm addicted to making them now. It's so therapeutic. Especially watching the bubbles rise up on the pan. Ugh. Once you go homemade you won't buy them at the store anymore. (unless you don't have time to make them) Gonna stuff the tacos with sauteed potato, onion, sausage, chopped habaneros, and scrambled eggs. Gonna top it with my taco truck style serrano hotsauce. Espresso is a DUH!!! Lol WHOS HUNGRY!???!?    |

I recently bought a nice press and everything. Parchment paper makes it so easy. I also splurged on a nice Espresso machine when all this covid crap started. I love it! LOVE IT! So much better than any coffee shop. Another benefit is that I don't even have to leave home, and no snotty purple-hair barista trying to tell me how to live my life. Totally worth every penny.  |

And yesssss! I make corn tortillas too. but I was craving flour this morning so going for that. Plus it's genuinely fun for me to bust out the rolling pin and create them. I have a couple presses too! My husband is Texan-Mexican so corn tortillas come with the territory! But yes. Everything is better homemade. And cheaper! Lol. |
