Vaccinated vs. nonvaxxed who had covid at one time

Whenever people talk about how the vaxxed and boosted people have had big personality changes and behavior, is that also happening with non vaxd people who had covid at one time? I know there is covid brain fog but are there personality changes with just getting the virus non vaxd?
