It was to condition kids into military, law enforcement, and civil duty.

Uniforms, badges, schedule’s, teamwork, ect.

I wish I wasn’t pressured into forcing it upon my kids. I personally LOATHED the scouting program!!!

I was behind a large boy scout troop on the freeway in the northeast last weekend.

The boy scout trailer had a huge Soros foundation sticker on the back. I shit you not.

I was in the scouts. You may view it as military indoctrination, I saw it as merely instilling a decent moral base line.

I wish I still had my original Boy Scout manual. There was a ton of useful information in there that puts today's "prepper" manuals to shame.

I am not addressing the founders regardless of the false belief they held or good they wanted for young males. What they were ALLOWED to become! The 1st offense should have brought the hammer down. Instead, what you allow you promote. Not just a few bad apples...thousands of bad apples. No whistle-blowers? Tens of thousands, or more, molestation and some how the "good" ones didn't notice? At least when some teachers are caught there is a booking photo...sometimes.
