No it is not, it is clearly just a bunch of islamists that tried to imitate the genius (don't know which side it was from, but that first Pet Goat video was great) of the original, but failed. The graphics are alright, but not as good as in the original. The symbolism is barely present except for blunt in your face nonsense that is way too obvious. It shows me as the antichrist while the same figure in the original had a much more (arguably) positive role.

This does not come across as divinely inspired at all. I do not know who was really responsible for the original I, Pet Goat II, but the production seemed inspired. By inspired I mean that Beings with a say in how things turn out have involved themselves positively for a production.
