If Burger King stops putting meat in their burgers, then what purpose do they serve? Same for any fast food chain?

They can all go out of business then. I'm not paying fast food prices to eat fuckin' crickets. Let them all burn.

I was sitting here trying to remember the last time I even ate burger king, let alone fast food. 7-10 years, maybe?

This cricket shit was in plan for a LONG time. I heard about it even before Klaus Schwab really came on his stupid stage.

Idea of using Cricket flour has been around for quite some time and in play.

They definitely plan to do away with meat, and they are going full-throttle towards it.

yea most of this weird stuff is promotional stuff.
but it does give a look at the future thats planned..

i remember WAY back in the day in , decades ago, that Lambada song. And the video of a white girl dancing with a black man.
was very weird for me, hence why i still remember it.

they knew exactly what they were pushing on society and look at society now...

obviously mixed people will get angry but who cares. im from a white christian country that is now filled with outsiders coming to hold their hands up and mixing with the weak minded who dont know better.
hence why they probably chose to influence white women rather than white men. since one of the two is more emotional and easier to influence.
the same people they now influence to go woke and push BS like electric cars, cricket food and paper straws.

As a kid I always noticed a weird flavor with Burger King's burger meat. Wendy's was the juiciest, McD's was tasty too, but BK had an aftertaste from the "flame broil" that I never was that big a fan of. Had to wash it down with a Peanut Buster Parfait for dessert at DQ

Fast food been garbage for years. Back in the late 80s early 90s it was fresher bigger better taste. Now it taste like literal shit. Unclean grills the meat taste stale and soapy. Just go buy your own food it is much healthier and tastier also cheaper. 10 dollars for a shit burger combo that I can barely make it through without chucking half. No thanks.

And who is going to stop them from giving you a burger with crickets and bugs? if Burger King want it.

I mean, your not gonna sign a paper stating that you wanted a meat version, therefore you can't sue them for anything.

Re: Burger King launching NON meat as DEFAULT option. what is next? crickets?
Seriously I'm going to give you the recipe for a great home cooked burger. It's time to put these garbage outlets out of business.

You can do this alone or with friends or family.

Buy two high quality 100% beef burgers from your supermarket. Fresh not frozen, as big as you like

Buy some good quality burger buns

Buy some romana lettuce

A tomatoes

An onion

Some Gerkins

Some mayonnaise and Ketchup

Some good quality cheese (your favourite, it's your burger!)

Get home, salt and pepper each side of the burger generously. If you have some paprika or chilli and that's your thing dash a bit of that on east side.

Put the burgers in a pan on a low heat with a bit of oil ( I use olive oil but it doesn't really matter) and go prepare the rest of the bun

Take the bun, split in two. Cut some lettuce up, wash shake it dry, and place on the bottom of the bun.

Slice two thin slices of tomato, a thin slice of onion (discard the end and the outer ring)

Lay the tomatoes on the lettuce, then a bit of onion

Got check the burgers. They are probably ready to turn now. Flip em over and leave em

Take your mayo and drop a spoonful into a cup, give a good squirt of ketchup and mix until a bright pink. Paste that onto your lettuce, tomato and onion

Slice a few Gerkins and drop them onto the sauce.

Take your cheese and cut into long thin strips.

Check your burger is cooked by just cutting in with a knife. The pink should be gone. if it looks cooked drop em onto the salad in your bun. Put the cheese on top right away so it melts, then put on the top of the burger bun.

ENJOY.

You should be able to buy and make 8 to 10 burgers of that quality for the same as two burgers from these places.

You know what's in it, you know its good and healthy, it saves you money.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 83167928

That's pretty much how I do mine, except I fry the burger on medium heat flipping when the top middle bulges upwards so this bulge then gets more heat when at bottom.
I never pierce or cut, otherwise too much of the meat juices escape.
When the middle gets hot enough, some juices will be forced out seen at the top.
Then a minute of so after this, I put the burger into a hot mini oven with generous amounts of mature cheddar on top.
When the cheese is melted, You're good to go.
The burgers drip juices as you bite into them, but the burger itself is well cooked through and no pink.

They wont go broke, that's the problem, billions out there will still buy the burgers, its like McDonalds bringing out the Mc Plant burger, it will still taste the same since the meat/plant pattie will have no taste difference.

What about the west side of the beef? Shouldn't both sides be seasoned evenly?

People make sure the beef is seasoned on the east side of the beef and the west side of the beef. If you divide your beef with north side and southside, then season those sides.
