The reason people are flocking florida is economic.

They do not want their businesses shut down should there ever be such a thing as another 'pandemic'.

They know they will not loose money here. This is a big reason why people are moving.

They have economic projections and they know city contracts and permits to know the future. We also have access to this information btw. It's public.
