And most chickens are also fed with grains / seeds which turns it lenolic acid in the eggs. Losing weight is one thing, but slowly killing yourself in the process is another. Eat grass fed meat, fruits, raw dairy and raw honey. |

Like 40 plus pounds more. So be real careful when doing a fad diet. It's better to just eat in moderation, just cutting back on some foods like breads, sugar, rice, and pasta, but not eliminating them all together. |

The rule I have, is that I don't eat until at least noon, and then eat a protein bar, or some fruit. I like your diet, glad it's working for you. I quit drinking and started smoking tobacco and found that I wasn't very hungry anymore and I had a lot of energy. I was constantly busy and not sleeping as much either. I lost 20 pounds of belly fat (pretty much all of it) in the first 3 or 4 weeks. |

For me, it's CICO that is working: keeping track of what I eat and setting a limit of 1700 calories. 13 pounds gone in 26 days so far, and I even had a couple of days that I didn't keep track and I went over my limit. I know it will level out to 0.5-2 lbs per week, but it's been easy to do and has changed how I think about food and eating. 230 is the highest I've ever been and I'll do my best not to ever go back. 217 is feeling a lot better already. I'd love to get back to around 180, high school weight. It's important for me as I have a son just over 1 and I'm approaching 37; I'd like to be a good example and be able to keep up with him as we both get a little older.
