When I quit smoking about 7 years ago my teeth had extreme rapid decay for about 6 months. Teeth were breaking and cracking and decaying. Then after that I lived with them in that bad shape since. I was getting sinus infections that made my entire face hurt because of the bad teeth a couple times each year. This last infection was the point that made me just get rid of them all. |

Dental stuff always seems to take some time. I have a few implants from results of a car crash. You were smart to get things taken care of and get the process rolling. For that price, in San Juan I got those services plus... All the amalgam removed from my 53yo mouth (7 of them), silver caps removed and replaced (3 of them)with natural looking modern caps. Repaired my receding gum lines, and bonded my teeth past the gum line to make them look perfect. Fixed some chips, and found my front teeth to perfection. A whole new mouth...oh and whitening too to finish The dentist was really disturbed by the fact my dentist in FL did an exam and ignored a shit ton of problems brewing. Straight up estimates from my dentist in CR (prism dental, if you must know) have ALWAYS been consistently 20-25% of what my US dentist always estimates, and they actually care and do awesome work The only useful American medicine is trauma, the rest is just money grabbing and the medical industrial complex killing off folks with USELESS shit for profit like 50 year old technology like chemo, and radiation. Dont even get me started on the pharmaceutical companies! Its a global economy...get on a fucking plane and go where you'll get the best for your money. All shills and crooks ADA and AMA. A patient cured is a customer lost. Trauma and some surgeries useful even life saving, precious few. Oddly enough Surgeons historically thought to be much different than the MDs even in the age of homeopathic medicine. Current group allopathy went to expensive trade schools and bow to the golden calf of Big Pharma.
