Law of the Video Chat

From the start of the video chats' current incarnation, there have been several REAL problems.

1) my guy
2) videos
3) substance abusers on their bad days
4) mods going nuts or doing nothing

If mods, whoever they may be, can be given instructions, this may actually work.

A) Whenever my guy mics/videos up, mute/kick & do it until he goes away.

B) To deal with my guy impostering users, & all playing of unsolicited videos, add these exact words to the disclaimer: As of now No Videos without explicit group general consent, & under 60-90 seconds, at most (unless otherwise stated & agreed upon). If a mod can't identify who is playing the unsolicited video, non-voicers will be kicked & allowed to rejoin, & if the video still plays, regulars who are not talking will be kicked & allowed to rejoin until the video stops. Please be forgiving & don't take it personally. {End disclaimer add-on}

C) Muting, as long as it takes, "blind idiot", excessive personal attacks that are not relevant to conversations, & beyond individuals & group handling.
