People no longer want to go to work in the city. They want to work from home because they saw how nice not having to commute into that God awful mess was like. And not only will she kill commercial real estate, she's going to kill real estate period because if you go to visit your parent or out to "the hamptons" then you have to pay all that money to just get home.
