I'd be delighted, since you seem to be a student of my posting here, to find any post whatsoever that would allow you to back up your assertion.

I'll save you time, you won't be able to do that.

My family's ability to be self-reliant has had, nor ever will, have anything to do with a virus. Did I follow, and occasionally comment on that thread? Yes, along with a number of other threads over the years.

As an fyi, I've never been to Iceland or to the Canary Islands and yet I followed those threads closely as well.

Now if you have other spew you'd like to direct my way, feel free. Otherwise I'm sure there are others you'll more easily be able to irritate rather than amuse. Again, have a good evening.

12,000 gallons of water in my swimming pool and water distillers. 2 electric and 1 stove top.

I think I'm covered.

Any prepper should has a stove top distiller you can use with any heat source. It will produce sterile, clean water, free of dissolved solids.

You can drink your own urine. Just drink a nice amount of water then you are set. Just recycle your urine. If you have too much water in the mix drain some out.

You can live a long time by doing this.

Bought these for outdoor filter kit. They roll up and durable. Think I bought a 2l and a .9 ( just to save grams ) but think I might buy another 2l. Seems silly not to have a dirty water bottle. Attach filter. Then sython to a clean bottle. Even if boiling water after filter. Makes sense to have a bottle of equal size. Maybe makes more sense to use all bottles for water.

Do you think you could clean a bottle that were used for stream water. With a swish of boiling water?

( Actually think iv got equal bottles. You get a similar but not as good roll up bottle with the filter )

What say you?

Collect more water. Filter than boil. Swish some around bottle. Maybe re-introduce a pathagen but still use filter.

Or have seperate bottles and have less water till you find more?

I think. Filter at source ( with small bottle ) to other bottles. A 2l + .9. Boil. Add back to these bottles and maybe still use filter.

3l isnt so bad.

Oh, it is there in the covid thread ya dementia old fart. In fact there was a time period your whole group were listing things that would be needed when everything collapses because of Covid.

You told everyone to grow tobacco for a bartering tool. And told everyone to stock up on Grey Duct Tape.

Yes you were in the group and crying how Covid is going to destroy everything.

Now Report This ya old fart.

By all means, my autistic friend, use your ocd and quote that post so we can all see exactly what I said.

Have I ever said duct tape is very handy to have around the house? I'm sure I have. You probably have some yourself which makes you what? A normal person perhaps?

As to growing tobacco? I live in a part of the country where that's really not practical. I have no knowledge of its cultivation, curing, etc.

Do I have a stash of tobacco I use to roll my own smokes? Yup, and have had for many years. Much better cigarettes and 90% less expensive. Have I commented on the economy of rolling your own? Many times. If shtf would tobacco and liquor be a useful method of exchange? Yup, they would.

What that has to do with what you're claiming is a stretch, my friend.

But you toddle off and find/post those posts you attribute to me, let's see what I really said, not what you imagine.

Enjoy the rest of your evening.

Re: 60-Gallons Good Water in the Garage.
60 gals will get you by for a week. Maybe consider some 55 gallon plastic drums or a waterbob for a bathtub or a waterbed mattress. Add some bleach to yer stash. Morons here worried about leaching? USE A GOOD FILTER for your drinking water eh? The rest can be used for washing, toilet, etc. By the way.. Berkey black water filters are garbage! The seals give out and the water just goes around the filter. Amazon had hundreds of complaints about this! Berkey did NOTHING about it. 4 out of 4 of mine all went bad. Now I use a zen filter system, It's cheaper and rated right next to a berkey (when the berkey is working right). The water tastes better than berkey too! Silver infused ceramic then through a 5 stage carbon and enhancing 2nd filter. .5 to 1 micron filtering. Anyway, plastic food grade drums and waterbed mattresses are cheap and easy.
