Im 40 years old & have been working out harder & more than when I was young & Im barely seeing r Nobody talks about a good quality multi vitamin If you are lacking minerals than your body is going to crave food. Also having good testosterone levels for men. And good hormone balance for women. Also taking supplements for adrenaline fatigue, specially if you are stressed. |

Im 40 years old & have been working out harder & more than when I was young & Im barely seeing r Ive been an avid jogger since I was 16 years old, every 2 days involved jogging 3-5 miles. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 45741497 I got fat when I was 24 and knew it would be easy to lose the weight if I went back on the treadmill doing 3-5 miles days. I typically stop the jogging program when I get down to 135lb. Its always been easy for me to get down to 135 after being fat. At 35, I went up to 170lb and was easily able to get back down to 135lb from jogging and eating right. Im now 40 years old, and Im 165lb, Im trying my best to go back down to 135lb and for the life of me I cant. Its been 2 months and Ive increased my mileage on the treadmill. Im now doing 7-8 miles every 2 days and my weight fluctuates between 160-165. I cant lose weight for the life of me. I dont want to take any fat burners or any weight loss help pills. I wanna do it the natural way like I always have. Eating clean and jogging. Easy - eat mostly non starchy / sugary vegetables and meat. No or less carbs and sugar. Done. |

Maybe an abstinence issue when it comes to eating but I don't know you so there's no way for me to know |
