Im having the hardest time losing weight! Im 40 years old & have been working out harder & more than when I was young & Im barely seeing r
Ive been an avid jogger since I was 16 years old, every 2 days involved jogging 3-5 miles.

I got fat when I was 24 and knew it would be easy to lose the weight if I went back on the treadmill doing 3-5 miles days.

I typically stop the jogging program when I get down to 135lb. Its always been easy for me to get down to 135 after being fat.

At 35, I went up to 170lb and was easily able to get back down to 135lb from jogging and eating right.

Im now 40 years old, and Im 165lb, Im trying my best to go back down to 135lb and for the life of me I cant. Its been 2 months and Ive increased my mileage on the treadmill. Im now doing 7-8 miles every 2 days and my weight fluctuates between 160-165. I cant lose weight for the life of me.

I dont want to take any fat burners or any weight loss help pills.

I wanna do it the natural way like I always have. Eating clean and jogging.

Try bike riding up hills. You want to get that heart pumping so it feels like a jack hammer going off in your chest. You want to be completely drenching in sweat.

Just eat less. Its mathematically impossible to not lose weight if you just eat less.

Your body will consume energy just by maintaining its body heat and the little movements we daily make, no need for sports.

Also during the day only eat a banana, 2 raw carrots and one green apple with at least 4 litres of water as your only fluids. If you a slaughtering yourself on the bike you can eat whatever you want for dinner along as the serving size is responsible. And a small portion dessert.

try eating and drinking less energy. if you get too much energy in there is pretty much no chance that people would do enough exercise if they keep eating too much

Research intermittent fasting.
Seriously!
Your body must go into ketosis sometimes or else it thinks you're starving and tries to hold on to every calorie by packing it away as fat.
Fast a little sometimes. Its not THATVgard to do and it melts fat.
Also. Just as important. Cut sugar out. Cut highly processed carbs out. Cut back on carbs generally.
Enjoy salads and veg in abundance. Goot quality meat and fish. Good quality fats.
Your waistline will improve as well as your health and longevity

Did mommydaddy give you body dysmorphia because she/he had to be so pretty or groomed you?

For millions of years humans did not jog 3-5 miles 2x a week. The body will naturally find it's ideal weight and existence.

You have to calorie count - every day - intermittent fasting is fine if you still watch the calories

Weight loss is 75% diet and 25% exercise

Just exercising and eating clean will make you fitter and healthier but unless you watch the calories you won’t lose weight

I've lost weight eating this daily, 6oz raw beef cubed, 1/4 of avocado salted with coconut oil, 20 garbanzo beans, 4 tiny cubes of cheese, 1/2 lime with peel, 1 celery stalk, 2oz of air popped popcorn with ionized salt and fresh pepper, 1/4 of apple. 1 cup of black coffee, Plenty of water.

absolutely no exercise, just waking around the block once or twice a day.

eating less really works for me

yore 225 lbs eating 2000 calories a day. try eating 1500 calories for 4 days a week and eating 2000 cal for 3 days a week. that would be 2000 calories less over a week than you are eating now. then you will lose weight.

100% low carb.
55 max per day.
Lost 15 this last month.
Lost 35 3 years ago.

Never gained it all back but
want to be lighter for my knees.

Sorry but running is one of the worst execises you can do to lose weight.

Better join a muay thai/boxing gym. And the food you eat is the biggest factor.

Obviously, adjust your diet to more veggies, way less dairy and fats (oils). To lose 1 lb walking, you have to casually walk 35 miles. That kills me ! Walk at a faster pace, burn more calories. Think of butter in a pan melting, get your heart rate up to start burning more fat. Also, stairs are great.you can do it- stick with it and watch what you’re consuming.

Remove sugar and salt, completely , for 3 months. Veggies oatmeal blueberries. I did this 3 years ago and 40 pounds evaporated like nothing. I never regained the weight. Had to buy a whole new wardrobe

Hard rule - produce instead of products. Walk 5miles a day. Stretch. Lift. Cycle - but always as hard and as fast as you can for as long as you can.

Pushing 40 and super trim. Never used to be & if I can - anyon can.

Simple, you have to put your body in a calorie deficient state...

More calories in than out = no lose weight

Less calories in than out = lose weight


Also stop jogging and walk on the treadmill instead.

Running will burn off stored carbohydrates first and not fat.

Walking will burn off fat first.
