Theories about why X percentage of Americans are Karen-Gestapo Liberals are all over the map. But the idea that much of it was planned ignores the reality that the mindset of way too many "lefty" people in both the US and elsewhere are intrinsically dark, mean and unethical.

Argentina, as another example, has been tilting to its Evita/Hillary-Clinton left for over 90 years. That country is now more fucked than it has ever been. But the "lefty" lemmings of that nation keep favoring their Karen-Gestapo Liberals.

Even if you believe this is ultimately a nothing burger in the short term...the fact that this is actually happening in this hemisphere is significant.

I recall several years ago naively and idiotically assuming several that X percentage of people (or more than there actually are) had enough common sense, decency and humanity to know where to draw the line, to know when they and the people and trends around them were becoming too "lefty."

As a forewarning, more people need to point out that Adolf Hitler (who "leftys" tend to demonize more than other "leftys" along the lines of Joseph Stalin, Mao Tse-tung, Fidel Castro, etc, etc, etc) was a homosexual German into the agenda of animal rights (his version of pro-BLM, pro-GLBT, anti-C02) and socialism. Socialism generally appeals to the "leftys" of a society.

The Third Reich declared that compassion should be the leading trait of Germany and the German people.

No reason to assume that Hitler and his regime were somehow so much less "lefty" than Stalin and his Russia, Mao and his China, and Castro and his Cuba, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, were.

Think of it this way - how can you win with no objective? We killed far, FAR more of them than we lost. We barely lost any and killed hundreds of thousands. So what would winning have looked like given there was no win condition? It seems like anything short of genocide will be considered a loss.

Creating a moral-political equivalency between the two sides would make some sense too if there were many examples where it could be said, "That person, place or thing sure has become fucked because he/she/it is too rightwing, not too leftwing."

The most so-called rightwingism that can be pointed to is aspects of pro-Sharia, jihad-permissive Muslims and Islam. But even there, it's mainly the "leftys" of America and the West who treat such people as sad, dear, misunderstood foreigners.
