The Bible makes reference to writings that are not included in the canon many times, Jude quotes a passage from Enoch Chapter 9 in his epistle.

The Scriptures tell us that the world that existed then perished, all their technology, everything... I can't say whether or not what is being suggested is in fact Noah's ark, but the existence of titanium does not rule it out.
