This appears to be the photo that Nick Pope/UK MOD said was on the wall in his office for several years. Nick said the photo was perhaps the best UFO picture coming out of the UK, in part because of the military plane being present. One day Nick went to work and the wall print and negatives were missing. No explanation was ever provided as to why the photo disappeared.

As soon as I read the title I knew exactly which photo they were talking about and sure enough that is the one. Do more research on the history of this photo. They deliberately covered this photo up. Unbelievable. Great picture. No way it was faked back when it was taken!!

This photo has many similarities to the iconic x-files photo, and Nick pope indicating he had it on his wall, lends creedance to the idea the X-files writers were privvy to classified information.

I thought Pope could be the source of the photo, he was MOD.

Pretty sure I've seen one like that, it was the first week of September, on my birthday and Labor Day holiday.

We were having a cookout and we all gawked at it probably 15 people, even got binoculars out. It hung there 15 minutes or so and everyone kind of got bored with it, when I looked the last time it was gone.

Never occurred to anyone to grab a camera and car phone is the most anyone had for a mobile phone. I should've had 15 minutes of video because I was a news stringer at the time. It's kinda like I was mesmerized, or hypnotized.

It had a yellowish golden glow to it and was a bit darker around the center. No noise and nobody saw it move.

That pic looks like what I saw in binoculars.

Pope is a strange character!
Met him many years ago, chatted with him for over an hour, before we even touched on the ufo subject. Really nice guy, even gave me his contact details, had his address and phone number, told me to get in touch.
When I did catch up with him again, he didn't know me at all, even after I reminded him where we met & what we chatted about. He seemed really pissed off with me that I had claimed to meet him & he was disturbed that I had his contact details.. since lost, as it was in my diary.

Errr..yeah.. sort of. I'd like to think not all are 'bad aliens' that some are vegetarian & actually like us humans, who are angels. That is not the same picture. There isno fence, the grass is bare, no tree, the plane is closer to the UFO and the mountains look different

Ten years ago, I went outside for a smoke! The boys were blitzed and I was the DD! I noticed on the horizon a very bright light! It looked like a spotlight from a helicopter, yet it wasn’t pointed at me or the ground, yet like that, from horizon to horizon it took 3 minutes! Too this day I don’t know what it was! It was like a fast moving spotlight, yet not pointed at me, and pointed at me, if that makes sense!

I think you are right. The UFO and plane are way too close to the camera from what I remember.
