That's what the pic looks like but the video shows that she was wheeled up to the ambulance while lying on the gurney, covered in a bag of some sort (some say body bag, some say burn protection bag)...anyway, what you're seeing is that just as they reach the ambulance to load her in head first, she had torn off the bag and sat straight up and leaned forward, at which point they pushed the gurney all the way into the ambulance.
