His last recorded living hours were within Wilmington, where he was filmed in a parking garage walking around holding his shoe or shoes.
Unclear if he died where his body was found.
His death was a message to some.

He lived in New Castle, Delaware, with a river-view property and a great life behind him and ahead of him.
