I'd like to add that for me it's about polishing your internal mirror. If you are angry inside you will see anger in your 'outside' reality. This is known to those who KNOW as the saying As within, So without. Some people in this thread are offering up examples of what will happen if you get angry and what will happen if you don't and to a certain extent they are missing the point. If everyone polishes their internal mirror there will not be any anger to be seen. This is how we can stop the enslavement of humanity.
