I don't think there would be one. In their end goal of a total police state there would really be no other currencies existing. Just the central one that they control.

Everything will be monitored 24/7 and restricted. Your activities, your internet usage, if there even is internet anymore. Any sign of black market activity will see you swiftly censored and removed. No one from our peasant class is going to own anything valuable. You'll be allowed very few possessions and none of any real worth.

What'll likely happen is at some point during this economy destroying process they'll collapse and destroy bitcoin and cryptos so it won't even be around anymore.

Gold and silver will be meaningless for a digital currency and the elite will have the whole supply anyways.

That black market currency will not be static.

It would have to more of a barter system with things that are useful and necessary being bartered.

The black market will have no universal currency except for sex.
