What if it is the ultimate plan C is: They claim President Trump gave away nuclear detection technology to get rid of him.
And, they then detonate a tactical terrorist nuke in the US to gain complete authoritarian control.
These sociopaths are not beyond that level of insanity if they see their plans failing.
Just listen to the nonsense they have spouted so far.
