First report is someone yelling at the FBI then going away, next he may have a gun, then them chasing him for yelling at them then he suddenly has a gun a rifle, and they shoot him in the leg, and he is on his knees. What part did they change from the first report, which says more than what should have been a nothing chase because he just screamed at the FBI, and they didn't see a gun. This was in the first report.
