A federal search warrant is a one page form, possibly with an attachment to provide details of specifically which areas are to be searched. By law, a full copy of that warrant must be provided to the person who is the object of the search. Trump has that and there's no question about that. He also has a copy of the inventory index of materials that were removed, as is required by law. He will not release those. Garland said today that DoJ is going to court to have both released publicly. What will not be released is the affidavit, which provides details regarding evidence proving probably cause that a crime was committed. And again we ask how do you know this..... Psychic....
