Anonymous Coward User ID: 80382713 United States 08/11/2022 05:07 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Jesus, they did NOT get a full copy of the warrant, this has been proven already, this is fact..if you say he has the full unsealed copy you are straight up lying and need to shut the fuck up, you have nothing to add , facts only.. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80246334 They have been saying for days that if they want to see the sealed docs they have to take it to court, look it up dipshit. So no Trumps team never got a copy at all they were shown the warrant and when they asked for the rest they were told ask the court. I know you POS soyboy phags really want this to mean something, because CNN said it was, but its not...they have nothing on Trump , never did. And for the fuknut that keeps callin conservatives Karen , sorry that term has been spoken for, just like snowflake, that is 100% owned by the commie left leaning pussies, we assigned that to you and its yours , no take backs..when you try to use it wrong, its like calling an old white guy the N word...it makes no sense and you look silly. A federal search warrant is a one page form, possibly with an attachment to provide details of specifically which areas are to be searched. By law, a full copy of that warrant must be provided to the person who is the object of the search. Trump has that and there's no question about that. He also has a copy of the inventory index of materials that were removed, as is required by law. He will not release those. Garland said today that DoJ is going to court to have both released publicly. What will not be released is the affidavit, which provides details regarding evidence proving probably cause that a crime was committed. Here is what a federal search and seizure warrant looks like. The first page is a form for the search warrant. The second page is the inventory of property taken. [link to www.uscourts.gov (secure)] |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 72603791 United States 08/11/2022 05:10 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | FBI Trump raid exposes Washington’s secrecy shams Quoting: Loose Rooster Obama White House lawyers repeatedly invoked the Presidential Records Act to “delay the release of thousands of pages of records from President Bill Clinton’s White House,” Politico reported. At the end of his presidency, Barack Obama trucked 30 million pages of his administration’s records to Chicago, promising to digitize them and eventually put them online — a move that outraged historians. More than five years after Obama’s presidency ended, the National Archives webpage reveals that zero pages have been digitized and disclosed. People can file requests via the Freedom of Information Act (a law Obama helped wreck) to access Obama records, but responses from presidential libraries can be delayed for years, even more than a decade, if the information is classified. Similarly, President Joe Biden double-crossed Americans on disclosing records from his 36-year Senate career. read in full: [link to nypost.com (secure)] The fact that every democrat moved against Trump when every president in the history has a location with secure material tells you that they own them like sheep cattle… That’s the first thing I thought, do other president have classified material… oh yes, yes they do and it’s a common practice as they do share information. Whatever happens I will always blame the ignorance of americans. Maybe they are brainwashed idk. |

CONGRATULATIONS You’re not a complete fucking idiot like these other people… It’s so pathetic how they just parrot and repeat the msm. Thats because they are either Bots, paid shills, or liberal wind bags making poor attempts at trolling. I'd guess most are bots, given the repeated phrasing, and overuse of specific words. Nope, we’re talking about absolutely ignorant Americans who have no concept of how the law works, and those people are being controlled by twitter. So instead of doing their research, they chanted “he has a copy” like a completely ignorant American. Can you imagine being in a room with the people who controlled the event. They made them dance like puppets. Little parrots only squawking what they are told. Trumps team has said they did not receive a copy. But they’ve also said they should have received a copy. Logically, that would lend itself to the idea that typically, a copy of the warrant is left with the person whose house was searched. Also, this is not the Supreme Court. We’re just trying to have a conversation about a very complex topic with the information that’s available to us. No need to come in like you’re F. Lee Bailey and start lecturing everyone. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 79476019 Germany 08/11/2022 05:13 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Quoting: Anonymous Coward 84001126 100% chance Trump attempts to block the unsealing. His attorneys are surely filing paperwork as we speak. 1,000% chance all the assholes like Ted Cruz that have been demanding DOJ release it will back Trump on his decision to fight its release. Watch. If Trump is so convinced this was a meritless search, he could post the documents the DOJ wants unsealed right now. If he fights to keep the warrant sealed, that will be telling. Garland basically said today “your move, buddy.” You know what? This new American revolution didn't start with this raid on Trump. Trump effectively said, “your move, buddy,” in his presidential inaugural address in January 2017. In 2017 Trump gave the greatest presidential address in Truther history. Unrepentantly denouncing the criminal globalist elite that run Washington and stole the country from "we the people." What's funny is all the swamp trolls posing on line as "super patriots," will tell you this Truther inauguration speech never happened, and if it did happen, you have remember Trump was once a democrat and being a "Truther" in politics is the same thing as believing in "Q" Here is the speech. Six years later with the country on the brink of nuclear war with China, it worth reviewing the warning Trump gave us about the criminal cabal. |

Everything User ID: 80628258 United States 08/11/2022 05:17 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Makes me wonder if Pedo's handlers are throwing Garland to the lions & will disavow the entire thing. He did look damned nervous. you'd think it would be impossible to make pedo joe look any worse, but garland did just that. This guy who wrote if Garland did this it would unprecedented, maybe it would be close to Watergate the break-in at the democrat elect headquarter, or where ever it was down? The only reason Nixon got caught in it was the cover-up, he wasn't involved in the break-in but he found out the ones who did and tried to cover for them. What was weird about this is the democrats had been doing this to the republic but didn't get caught in the act. So, it wasn't the break-in it was the lies about it. They wanted Nixon out almost from the time he was elected, neither side was too much in Nixon's corner. There is a similarity to what is going on. Truth is, in the long run, Nixon caught himself, the tapes he had put in for record keeping showed in evidence, he was not impeached he stepped down. They took his vice president out first. Sorry I got a headache These are the times that tries men's and women's souls! May we come though it victorious! |

Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, the former president's son said the 30 agents who arrived at the property asked staff to turn security cameras off – but they refused. He also said that Trump's attorney Christina Bobb was forced to stand at the end of the Mar-a-Lago driveway while the team searched inside - and allegedly used safe crackers to break into his father's safe. 'There's 30 agents there,' he recalled of the Monday search in a phone call interview. 'They told our lawyer… you have to leave the property right now. Turn off all security cameras.' 'They would not give her the search warrant,' he claimed. 'So they showed it to her from about 10 feet away. They would not give her a copy of the search warrant.' The claim is at odds with what Bobb told the New York Times - that she received a copy of the warrant. Bobb said agents removed about a dozen boxes from the property. Bobb also told Real America News on Tuesday that she was able to see the warrant, however, she claimed that it was partly sealed, making it impossible for her to see what the probable cause was that compelled a judge to approve the raid. She also did not suggest that she received a physical copy of the warrant. 'When I arrived and kind of announced myself as the legal representation for President Trump, I asked to see a copy of the warrant,' the Trump lawyer detailed of the Monday events. 'Initially they refused and said, 'You know, we don't have to show it to you.' And there was a little bit of an exchange about whether it was appropriate to withhold the warrant when you're searching the residence of the former president, who's likely to be the Republican nominee in the next election,' she added. 'Though they conceded and let me see it, they did not give me a copy of it right away, but they did let me see it,' added Bobb, who once was a host on the far-right One America News Network." |

User ID: 83964349 United States 08/11/2022 05:19 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | OK, bear with me, folks. We know this is complete BS show and elites/ass-hats desperately want the very PO'ed audience to engage. But we haven't. We are just not wired that way. Someone tell me if this is even possible...attempt Citizen's Arrest on any/all these MFers. Am assuming you have to have your local Sheriff behind you, which from what I gather, that ain't a problem since damn near all our nation's local Sheriffs are pretty PO'ed themselves. Imagine a few hundred people per each one of these ass-hats. All legal, all peaceful. Not personal, just business. At same time, file claim on insurance bonds for these organizations. This is a tactic being used against rogue school boards and such. Mentioned it on another thread but smarter folks than me can surely figure out how to cite recent SCOTUS ruling w/ West Virginia against the EPA. Just my two cents worth <waving tattered dollar bill>. And thought struggles against the results, trying to avoid those unpleasant results while keeping on with that way of thinking. That is what I call 'sustained incoherence.' ...David Bohm “How, O Zenobia, hast thou dared to insult Roman emperors?” ...Aurelian, 44th Emperor of the Roman Empire |

'They would not give her the search warrant,' he claimed. 'Though they conceded and let me see it, they did not give me a copy of it right away, but they did let me see it,' added Bobb, who once was a host on the far-right One America News Network." You have to request a copy… they don’t just give it to you and you won’t get it until after it’s been given back to the judge. Did you watch Garland's briefing today? He stated that Trump's lawyers were giving a copy of the search warrant and property index, in accordance with the law. And when they did, they got a signed receipt from the lawyer who was present. From the transcript: "That search was a premises located in Florida belonging to the former president. The department did not make any public statements on the day of the search. The former president publicly confirmed the search that evening, as is his right. Copies of both the warrant and the F.B.I. property receipt were provided on the day of the search to the former president’s counsel, who was on site during the search." They have had a year to think this scam up. They have to cover for past crimes of government. They are going to pin EVERYTHING on Trump and the media will say he’s guilty. Half the population will believe it. Half will not. Some will riot. FBI false flags incoming. Anyone who questions anything in public will be sent to prison without charges to rot. Welcome to the USSA. Gulags are already built. You will own nothing and be happy! And you will eat the bugs! Don’t think that just because you agree in public you will be safe. All visitors to this site will be in the gulag or killed outright. This is the USSA cultural revolution and the classes have been established. Millions will die by the hands of the government. Deaths have already started. How long until you notice? Only the very smart and wealthy will survive. |
