So... YES... the Russians were in on the hoaxing and they scrapped their Moon missions in 1969.

The elite thought that faking the exploration of "outer space" from 1969-72 was enough to impress upon the human mind that Earth is globe, we can leave Earth via rockets, travel to the Moon (which is non-physical, a projection), etc.

If NASA was legit, we would have hotels on the Moon by now and we don't even have a video camera there showing us glorious images, non-CGI images.

I always guessed that the reason Russia didn't call the US out on the fake moon landing is because it would inevitably expose that Russia had been faking their space program too, so would be self-destructive for them to do so.
