The man had a record of assaulting people why did he have a job at Wendy's with the public, that is a dangerous mix for a person who has been arrested for assaults more than one time before.

Don't they check their employee's background records, sometimes ugliness goes on in places, and people who can't handle their emotions, should not be dealing with the public.

What do you base your experience on?

Here's what I base mine on. I have lived and worked in southern and northern California, Texas, Missouri, Illinois, Ohio, DC, Virginia....and I have visited almost every state in the US for work.

I have lived in white neighborhoods, mixed neighborhoods, and once for a short time - a 95% black neighborhood.

I have worked with "professional, educated" blacks, and I have managed minimum wage blacks.

I have lived in small towns, big cities, and everything in between.

I sort of had a nomadic lifestyle, chasing jobs. I have been everywhere and experienced a really good sampling of "blacks in the US".

Can you measure up to that, or are you just talking about your immediate family members.

I clearly laid out my position that I appreciate blacks that can be civilized and have work ethics...but the fact that some have that does not mean that the vast majority aren't a big, giant, pile of crap that the taxpayers have to deal with. Analytical thinking not your thing? No doubt.
