Biological female teen girls are probably more of a threat to biological female teen girls themselves, than transgender teen girls are. Just by the percentage of representation, it is more likely for a teen girl to get raped by an older biological teen girl than it is by a transgender teen girl.

This is a way of going coed (which many girls' schools have done to survive) while not saying so explicitly.
