You'll die of old age before you ever use that bag, the elites need things to stay stable if they want to succeed with their agenda of obscene wealth and globalization.

If anything, instead of a collapse I'd say a militarized state is more likely. You can try and bug out if that ever happens but unlimited military resources are going to be a bitch to circumvent.

Very good, although a "tactical" style bag with Molle webbing all over it will make you a "person of interest" to many different groups and individuals. I prefer to have multiple bug out bags, and typically gravitate towards more low visibility type bags, like your typical student backpack.

On a longer "hike" I remember moleskin and toilet paper were often the most desired trade items.

So many people talk about prepping, bugging out etc
Have you ever *actually* did a dry run? How often have you tried to do a mock escape and evade? Tried "surviving" a few days with just the stuff in your pack?
Fancy gear is only going to get you so far, and you'd be surprised how quickly things go south even under normal circumstances.
The bag is just the start, you need to put your plan to the test and refine as needed.

Re: I made a bug out bag
I m confused about the "bug out" plan, where are people planning on going? An open field down the street, the mountains 2 states over, or just wander all day?

I think leaving a metropolis like L.A., Chicago, Boston etc is appropriate but now is the time to decide where to leave for.

I think for us living semi rural is best to stay home and protect our fort here with a few like minded neighbors who mind there own business and hope for the best.

Way to big and heavy and filled with to much nonsense.
Keep it light and simple.

It is missing a change of clothing and socks, bad weather Outer wear., rain Hat, etc.
It might not be raining when you leave so it better be packed near the top, same with a change of clothes.
If you fell into a creek or water(or your BOB does) they will be a welcome item. It should be in a dry bag, plastic bags or dry compartment, along with other things that should not get wet.

Where is your rain gear, tarp, groundsheet, Etc, for camping? Looks like you have a sleeping bag, but that is it.
Did I miss seeing cookware and water filter? I see what looks like freeze dried food, or MRE, but what about making hot coffee, tea, etc. if it is cold out? Beef or Chicken bouillon is a great thing to have along also. Especially if you catch a cold or sore throat after the first night out.

Your "first aid kit" is a joke. Get a proper one or a trauma kit, that will attach on the outside of your Pack.

Looks like you need to rethink this.
Much of this stuff you only need a few of,(if any) like Q tips, not a whole box. The rest of the supply should be at the camper.
Reduce and repackage most of that stuff.

bugging out is good for the short term, but you will have to realise sooner than later, strengh in numbers is key, you will have to ally yourself to be able to move around, if shit does hit the fan hard and a total collapse occurs which i highly doubt. i can see chaos for a couple of weeks... but if it does collapse completely, then groups will form along with territories formed....

unless you leave society entirely forever and go into deep forests away for civilization.

I'm sorry but you got WAY to much shit in there. Most of that stuff you probably wouldn't use under normal circumstances, let alone a Bug Out situation. IMHO a Bug Out Bag should be like Ultra Light Back packing. May not have all the creature comforts but you won't want to dump everything in it before you get there.

I made several as well and gave one to my son.

I also made up fire kits with 7 ways to make fire and handed them out as gifts to family and friends. Spent about $300.00 doing that!

I plan on going through my kit. I need to eliminate a lot of items to cut down on weight. It's been about 10 years since I put it all together and since that time, I have decided some of my items I have included are NOT essential.

Been building bug out bags for 30 years. You will never have the perfect bag. It's a disease I tell you. Looking at your preps, good bag. Now put it on and hump it around at least twice a month. Find out where your hot spots are. Find your noisy parts and quiet them. Walk with water as well. It sucks the first few times. I wear mine doing yard work or housework.

Good to have options depending on type of feces impacting the air impeller.......I have "load and go" totes for vehicular bug out, a pack on foot, and enough stuff to bug in.....

I can go to my country home or a like minded friend's in a rural area.....or just bug in if I didn't get out prior to the "event" or it looks to be a short duration doom....

I hope you are strong cuz that's a lot of stuff in your bag.....

Dont forget the most basic comfort items in a bug out bag...

For women: toilet paper, tampons, toothpaste, small toothbrush, small brush, small containers of shampoo conditioner or soap, any needed medicine, small med kit.

Any people with trucks or ATVs keep bolt cutters in your vehicles with blankets and spare clothes or water. You never know when you gotta cut a fence and bail into other land.

Handheld water purifiers for a creek or standing water. We can go without food a long time, without basic hygiene and water we fall off pretty quick.

Re: I made a bug out bag
One thing I advise everyone to do is to think for all situations. Not everyone is in a rural area. Larger bug out bags are nice when you're already in the woods or in a rural area, but the absolute bare essentials in a common small student type backpack might be a better option if you are in a more populated area. That way you can walk through public without drawing as much unwanted attention, and you can run much faster if necessary. A person with a large almost brand new backpack full of stuff looks like a good resource target to a desperate person willing to assault you for what you have. The more used your backpack looks the better as well, because it creates a visual cue that you might know what you are doing and have more survival type experience. That makes messing with you appear more risky. Sometimes it's also better to appear weak instead of strong. Some of the most invisible people in society are the homeless. Looking dirty, walking slowly, and carrying their stuff in plastic bags. Dressing like one and carrying your stuff in plastic bags is a good bugout option for urban areas or for people who are not as physically fit.

Also, try to devise a setup where you can carry your essentials on your actual body somehow. That way you still have your needs met if someone is able to steal your bugout bag from you or if you have to drop your backpack so you can run faster or climb something.

Also, use your bugout bag stuff as often as possible. Don't just put everything in your bag and let it sit by the door. Use allows you to become familiar with everything you have and fine tune it over time. It also allows you to make sure everything is still functional and decent quality. For instance, once they have been used, some very popular brands of firesteel rods will actually disintegrate to dust if they sit unused for many months. Most people don't realize that. Even something simple like a knife can become an issue in an emergency. If you are used to using your home kitchen knives constantly, you create some muscle memory to the point where you can use them very rapidly without cutting yourself and you know intuitively how easily they cut through different things. If you switch to a different style or shape of knife in your bugout bag all those dynamics change, so you will be more likely to accidentally cut yourself when you least want that to happen. Find a good quality durable smaller sized knife (larger knives are easier to take from you if you ever get into a fight) that you enjoy using regularly in your home kitchen and then buy a duplicate of that knife for you bugout bag. Something simple like a plastic handled stainless bladed Morakniv are some of the best value knives made and they are extremely versatile. They also come with a simple plastic belt clip sheath. I don't think there is a better way to spend $12-15 on survival. Find a second extremely light and small folding knife and put that down in your sock for redundancy. Something like a cheap used Gerber LST is perfect.

Lastly, skills are always better than stuff. Knowledge and experience in your head can't be taken from you and it can make up for many missing resources or deficiencies of preparation.

I wish you the best OP, and everyone else reading this.

So you're gonna' hump that massive backpack out into the country where you have pre-positioned your camper?!

Are you nuts?
You're camper won't be there when you need it.

It'll be occupied and taken by thieves--even if you were smart enough to store it in a secure facility. At the very least it will be stripped down for parts and drained of fuel.

And no firearms? No weapons!? Not even a spear!
No tent?! No spare clothes? No sleeping bag?

You're dreaming.

I was going to ask if you have a water filter OP? Then I assumed your answer would be yes.

Do you have one of these though? Water filters will be no good at some point. This is essential.

I have made my own with a cork lid. That’s if the way it is explained in the video is not possible for you or anyone to do

 Quoting: Gamechanger 3.0

I like that, thanks I will at least look into that.

OP, here again under another user Id...the one that said they'd date. Anyways, I have this filter and it seems to work long time.

[link to www.amazon.com (secure)]

Similar to what I have, but I realize I want something that is .01 micron or less and it was compared to most others similar. Viruses are bigger than it allows. I think they are above 1 micron or can be above .02. Not an expert, but trying to help with what I've experience the past five years regarding camping stuff.
